Attorney General Jeff Landry Makes Child Pornography Arrest

BATON ROUGE, LA – Attorney General Jeff Landry today announced the arrest of a Lafayette man on child pornography charges.

Brandon Leblanc, 32 of Lafayette, was arrested on 2 counts of Possession of Sexual Abuse Images and/or videos of children and 1 count of Video Voyeurism.

“It is imperative we take child predators off Louisiana’s streets,” said Attorney General Jeff Landry. “Despite huge budget cuts, our office will continue to lead in finding and capturing people in Louisiana who exploit children.”

Leblanc was arrested and booked into the Lafayette Parish Jail as a result of a joint investigation between the Louisiana Bureau of Investigations Cyber Crime Unit, the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations.
