Attorney General Jeff Landry Arrests Three Men for Child Exploitation

BATON ROUGE, LA - Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry today announced the arrest of three Louisiana men on nearly 50 charges of child exploitation.

“My Cyber Crime Unit is committed to investigating and arresting those who exploit our children,” said General Landry. “We will not stop in our efforts to pursue these criminals and bring them to justice.”

Harold White IV, 31 of Metairie, was arrested on 37 counts of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles and one count of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles (under the age of 13). White was arrested and booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center as a result of a joint investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Andrew Wiltcher, 25 of Oak Grove, was arrested on nine counts of Pornography Involving Juveniles. Wiltcher was arrested and booked into the West Carroll Correctional Center as a result of a joint investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit, Louisiana State Police SVU, Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office SVU, FBI Task Force Monroe, Oak Grove Police Department, and West Carroll Sheriff’s Office.

Justin Davis, 27 of Laplace, was arrested on one count of Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles, and one count of Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles (under the age of 13). Davis was arrested and booked into the St. John Parish Jail as a result of a joint investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, and St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office.
