NOLA Man Arrested for Internet Crimes Against Children

BATON ROUGE, LA – Attorney General Jeff Landry has arrested a New Orleans man on over 100 counts of child pornography.

“My office will continue to use our arrest authority to apprehend those accused of exploiting children,” said General Landry. “We will do all we legally can to arrest alleged child predators, anytime and anywhere.”

Zachary Walker, 21 of New Orleans, was arrested on 105 counts of Possession of Sexual Abuse Images/Videos of Children (under the age of 13) and one count of Distribution of Sexual Abuse Images/Videos of Children (under the age of 13). He was arrested and booked into the Orleans Parish Prison following a joint investigation between the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation (LBI) Cyber Crime Unit, the LBI Violent Crimes Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, and the New Orleans Police Department.
