Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit arrested a man for possession of child pornography and sexual abuse of animals.

33-year-old Curtis Webb of John Lane in Jena, Louisiana, for arrested for violating:

    LA R.S. 14:81.1 – Possession of Child Pornography < 13 (3 Counts)

    LA RS 14:89.3 - Sexual Abuse of Animals (100 Counts)

The Caldwell Parish Sheriff’s Office initiated this investigation and asked for our assistance. The suspect was already in jail and we added the charges.

This arrest was a result of an investigation conducted by Attorney General Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit, Caldwell Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Webb was booked at the Caldwell Parish Correctional Center without incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
